Let me introduce myself. I am Poul Anderson, a third-year student at the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow and the creator of this web site: "Studio Anderson".

This new site has been set up because I want it to coincide with my Degree show in June and I will be doing my first year in practice in 2004. I am at this moment looking for architectural practices around the globe to work for (up to 1 year) within the next few months.

Questions or comments about this site, my work or architecture in general will be appreciated. So don't hesitate to contact me because I'll gladly reply to feedback.
Contact information at this moment is accessible from the first page of my CV which can be downloaded from the "identity" page.

My aim here is to give people an understanding of what I do at university as a student and make samples of my portfolio more accessible. By the end of my seven year course I will have catalogued all my major works on this site and I hope, even sparked some peoples interest into the study of architecture.

For the display of my work I saw a digital studio as the way forward. It is amazingly broad and adaptable.

Architecture is an ongoing process, so I will consistently be updating this site, especially at this moment because I have nearly three years of work to format and display! If you come back periodically you should see frequent new and interesting updates.

The site is navigable by clicking on the hands. Each one is of a different subject. It begins with my identity and continues from first year to second and third year work in order. Within each year there is four main projects and various sub projects and experiences. Later each project will be organised into the final design, detailed exploration of context, and a summery of the development work. However during this sites initial construction phase each page will contain a simple summary of each project with the most relevant and exciting images that I can find.
